Discussion: Movie Night

One of the class activities was designed so that students watch a movie and then discuss the movie answering a number of questions.

I planned to watch one of the new releases but it was difficult since the DVDs of the movies I was thinking of (Moana and Sing) were not released yet. So, I chose Finding Dori as it is inspiring and has the principles that would engage students in a meaningful discussion.

To make the class more fun, I brought some snacks so that the students feel like they were in the movie theater.

The handouts included discussion questions, samples of IELTS Speaking questions, and a list of useful vocabulary.
