My Narrative

Through the Eyes of a Writer: A Journey of Learning, Discovering, and Transforming

This story tells my experience with writing in three languages and the role writing played in my life. It is a story I wrote as an assignment in Dr Hurlbert's class. Our assignment was to write a 12-page book about the role of writing in our lives, but I got so engaged that I wrote about 50 pages. I was lucky that it got published in 4 parts. For those who are interested as well as for my personal record, I compile all the parts in this page. Although the content of the story is personal, I think it might help or inspire other second language writers.
