New Play Set at the Pool
THE PLAY SET IS FINALLY READY!!!
The McQuillan's in Delaware Trace have donated a swing / play set to the DTDC HOA. It's set up on the common area directly behind the pool. The Board approved the additional increase to the Association's liability insurance to cover any incidents that may occur. Volunteers repaired minor issues, tightened bolts, stained the wood, leveled and stabilized the structure.
