Four Gates Kung Fu - The following was posted by Stan Meador on the Canefighting Group. The Four Gates Kung Fu Cane form/kata is good material. The form does use a good amount of space, so if you don't have a backyard it might be tough to get it all down. This VCD, not actually a DVD, breaks down the form and, if I recall correctly now, shows applications for the moves. It also has series of techniques that one can practice. So, it has quite a bit to work with. One note is that kung fu footwork can be a little trickier than karate footwork.
