Defense against a single or double hand front choke or lapel grab.
1 Do an upward strike to the groin.
Purpose - Distracts attacker - takes thier mind off of choking you or betting in your face.
Variations - If person is very close to you, you may not have room to strike the groin so go to step 2. Also it can be replaced by a strike to the shin or knee.
2 Bring the cane up on the outside of the arms and preform a vertical block/strike to the arms.
Purpose - Breaks hold / removes the immediate threat.
Variations - Bring the cane up between the arms and strike the throat or under chin.
3 Use the tip throw the attacker to ground.
Purpose - Leave the attacker is a compromised position.
Variations - Thurst srike to attacker's body or use hook to strike the leg and pull the attacker off balance.
