Midway has provided us with a concise plan of Phase I showing the category of tenant for each building, such as Parking, Multi-family, Retail, Neighbors ER (emergency room), retail/rest, Hotel, Theater. They may be able to give us a list of tenants, but that information is generally held very closely as it has impact on markets.

The advice is:
It might help the students to think in terms of uses ( ie, entertainment uses, residential uses, office uses, retail uses, etc. ) they can then break down the uses into specifics such as grocery store, convention/ event center, podium office with garage below, etc.
Mixed-use can be a lot of different things but the goal is to develop uses that benefit each other. Currently we have two hotels, one residential building and a mix of retail /office. The goal is to draw people regionally not just locally. That may open some additional opportunities.
As you develop your own master plan, consider the existing functions and what other functions could have a strong market.
