Masters Students
A survey will be sent in early August that will ask to list 3 faculty members whose research and expertise would be appropriate as an academic advisor. Matches will be based on your area of interest, faculty preference, and faculty availability. We will try to match you with one of the three preferences you list on your survey response.
To prepare for this survey, please read through the faculty profiles on our School's website.
Doctoral Students
An advisor was assigned to all admitted doctoral students at the time of admission. If you do not know who your advisor is, please contact the Student Affairs Officer.
Students’ interests mature and change as they progress through the program. As a result, the student and/or the advisor may decide that it may be best to change advisors. Such changes can be initiated only after consultation with, and approval by, both the original and new faculty advisor. Formally changing advisors requires a blue petition.
