Termux Welcome Page problem 2023-01-24

The last line of the Termux Welcome screen has a URL to the Termux Wiki https://wiki.termux.com .

The intended URL is https://wiki.termux.com/wiki/Main_Page but sadly the trailing period is included so the
now incorrect URL is https://wiki.termux.com/wiki/Main_Page.

Fixes include:

Remove period as per https://github.com/termux/termux-app/pull/2932/files by BraINstinct0 back on 2022-08-10
and merge to patch-1 requested 2022-12-08.
Redirect the "Main_Page." on the wiki.termux.com to "Main_Page" so old, buggy, installs will work.
