Penn Station Track 12 problem

!

The Stairwell at Mezzanine Level / LIRR Level

Look like something pulled the unsecured wire conduit down hard

I saw this problem on 20180507_0818 or Monday, May 7, 2018 at 8:18 EDT in human terms.

The emergency contact phone seems to have had the wiring conduit pulled back and the wires exposed.

Probably not a good thing.

Click images to enlarge. The is at the East end of the Platform shared by Track 12 and Track 11.

The unit is just before the stairwell labelled
