Penn Station Track 12 problem

The Stairwell at Mezzanine Level / LIRR Level
Look like something pulled the unsecured wire conduit down hard
I saw this problem on 20180507_0818 or Monday, May 7, 2018 at 8:18 EDT in human terms.
The emergency contact phone seems to have had the wiring conduit pulled back and the wires exposed.
Probably not a good thing.

When you select "Rail", off the required "Mode/Service *"pull down, the form forces you to enter trip information, even if complaint is about a station

Still bothers me that the form says "Email us" when your are really completing a web form. http://mta-nyc.custhelp.com/app/ask

Form also says "Click the 'Send' button only once." when it lacks a "Send" button. The form only has a "SUBMIT" button.
