Beast such as Kitsune, Changlings, Catfolk, Sylph, Oreads, Undines, Ifrits, and Samsarans had all randomly appeared in very small groups. For years the lands of the New Republic have been wracked by civil wars, famine, and poverty. In recent years, the New Republic has been improving its situation and life for its citizens has slowly been improving. Crime rates are extremely high within their lands, the most powerful crime organization operating within the lands are The Followers of Dray who are believed to have a base within the New Republic lands.
