Niece of Hiroshi and current Knight of Balaria, Evelyn spent most of her life training with Hiroshi as a child and then went off to protect the Holy Palace in Damis. Throughout her life Hiroshi has always been a big part of her development as a person. But when she had heard that He was accused of treason Evelyn was out-raged as she knew this to be not true and sought out Odessa, her child-hood friend, to possibly help retrieve him.

Knowing that Odessa would be the one to run the new country of Alexius, Evelyn had granted her services to forever protect her best friend if Hiroshi was saved and able to redeem his honor.

Evelyn is a great asset to the New Dawn for the fact she has direct contact the the Knights of Balaria. This could possibly be a way to become more known within the religious sanction and get their approval.
