Tandor:
North of Rosetine and very close to the base of the ice mountain range exists a village named Tandor. This small but humble village is Alexius’s main supply of iron, gold, and other natural minerals. Surrounding the village is a crude stone wall that keeps the dangerous beasts that prowl the lands around it out. Villagers live in small wooden houses that form a square in the village.
While those who are not fit enough to fight the beasts stay inside the walls cooking, cleaning, and making clothes and other goods, those that are travel outside the village walls. Both men and women hunt for food, collect resources from the local mine, and protect their village from any threat of a beast attack. The tough cold weather and the threat of beasts has hardened the people of Tandor Village. Rumors have it that one one Tandor warrior can fell twenty men in a single strike.
Though it is just a rumor King Oliver has not denied the strength of the Tandor. Fearing what a revolt from Tandor would cause, he has limited support and cut off communication from the Tandor people. The only thing that comes by is the Alexian train once a month to collect the minerals mined and supply the Tandor people with some food to keep them going, but not enough to help them populate. Through this system Oliver has kept Tandor’s population to around just 100, an easy amount for him to handle if there ever was a revolt.

Mines of Tandor:
These mines are the reason Alexians created a settlement in the cold mountains. Everyday the Tandorian Miners go to work, collecting ores to fill up enough carts to fill the King’s quota. The Tandorians stray from digging too far or deep into the mountain though. Rumor has it that deep within the mountain an evil spirit was sealed. It is just an old superstition, but most of the villagers can’t help but feel a little uneasy when they are alone in the mines.
