~Story~

A young man who hails from the mountains of Tandor, he came to the New Dawn to seek revenge against the king for killing his wife. His wife, Rishia, had been hung publicly in Tandor for making a simple joke about the king. It was unlucky for her that there would be some Elite Guards on a mission to check on the mines of Tandor. Swearing silent revenge against the king Saito left his son, Itsuki, and his daughter, Mio, in the care of a close friend and traveled throughout Alexius with a group of other like-minded individuals from Tandor, killing any aristocrats or guards who supported King Oliver II. One day though he bit off more than he could chew and would have died along with his other members if it were not for the intervention of Odessa and her guard. Odessa saw the anger and anguish tearing at Saito's heart and told him to go to the New Dawn if he hated the king that much. There he would meet like-minded individuals and be able to assist with the cause of overthrowing the king. After seeing that he could not simply take down the king's forces alone, he agreed and followed Odessa's directions to the New Dawn where he now resides.

~Personality~

A quiet person, Saito is usually found in the bar, drinking away the miserable memories of his wife and his comrades death's, though he knows the drink will only provide a brief respite. He misses his children, but he knows they will be safer if he keeps them out of this fight. Born in a small village, he prefers to be alone but knows that sometimes it's better to work with others. Quick to judge, he holds long grudges and never forgets the bad moments in his life. Saito is no slouch when it comes to battle and wields his Katana with expertise and is a welcome addition to the New Dawn.
