The properties consisted of Goldstone Stud Farm, 87.75 acres, Heywood Lane Farm, 36 acres, The Woodlands, Goldstone, 4 acres and four parcels of land of 6.5 acres, 33.5 acres, 21.75 acres and 38 acres. The total acreage was recorded as 227.50 acres.
