Senior Member Uniforms

There are numerous uniform options for Senior Member, but we'll look at five of them here. Any member meeting the US Air Force height and weight requirements may wear any of the uniforms (see page 123 of CAPR 39-1 for details), however if you wear the Air Force uniforms you must additionally follow Air Force grooming standards. Members who do not meet the height and weight requirements or Air Force grooming standards need to wear either the corporate or aviator uniforms (all seniors may wear the aviator uniforms and not just pilots). If you would like to read the specific details, you may do so in the 154-page CAP Regulation 39-1.

Uniforms that do NOT require meeting the US Air Force height and weight requirements:

  1. Corporate Working Uniform

  2. Aviator Shirt Uniform

  3. Corporate Field Uniform

Uniforms that DO require meeting the US Air Force height and weight requirements:

  1. ABUs (Airman Battle Uniform)

  2. Service "Blues" Uniform
