Cyber Badge Program

To encourage cadet participation in CAP’s cyber education programs, cadets may earn the Cadet Cyber Badge which recognizes a cadet's dedication to cyber education. To learn more, download the pamphlet (PDF) (CAPP 60-41) and use the tracking log (XLSX) to keep track of the cadet's progress in the program.

Tracking of the Cadet Cyber Badge in eServices will be conducted in two stages:

  1. Collect the historical and current badge completions for manual entry by the NHQ Registrar.

    1. For each Cadet Cyber Badge level completed, the unit commander shall forward the completed CAPF 2a to Sharon Jackson, sjackson@capnhq.gov, for entry into the cadet’s record in eServices.

    2. There is no need to wait for the completion to be posted in eServices to be authorized to wear the badge (that is done locally via the CAPF 2a).

    3. There is no need to wait for the completion to be posted in eServices to continue work on the next badge level.

  2. Tracking in Volunteer University via the same process as the forth-coming revisions to the Specialty Tracks. Release date of this process is not yet known.
