Cheat Sheet - for scannerists
"R" = repeater output channel
"Tac" channels are not repeaterized unless noted as such - predominantly they are "mobile only" channels - ie no dispatchers
Vast majority of channels are either 'repeaterized' or are 'mobile only' - very few seem to have 'bases and mobiles'
Sometimes PL is turned off - so PL might be PL 0.0 / CSQ - especially on interops channels
No DCS / DPL / P25 are used (digital coded squelch / digital private line / APCO P25)
Response channel = channel used by fire units as they respond to a scene - (my definition) - typically denoted as a 'Command' channel by California agencies - dispatchers interact with field units on these channels

note to self - 5 Citys FD may disband in 2019 - might be called "South Net" in radio loads also
note to self - apparently no MO3 are used - (MO3 is repeater mounted in a vehicle - no more than 10 watts maybe - no extendable antenna) - (FB2T might be a high powered repeater in a vehicle with a extendable antenna)
note to self - CalFire does have base stations licensed at Paso Robles Airport on 151.16 and 151.175 - perhaps they are for emergency contact with aircraft as a backup system or something - see WQVI381
note - adding PLs from 2018 SB City FD freq load - 7/1/2019 - 1223 pm edt
