The USS Midway

Join the adventure aboard the USS Midway!  Spend the day on ship learning about the US Navy while earning a merit badge! Activities include flying a motion flight simulator in combat, manning battle stations, participating in a simulated aircraft launch and recovery as well as much, much more! 

 Date: 

Saturday December 17th, Day Trip 

Location: 

 910 N Harbor Dr San Diego, CA 92101

Activities:

 Flight Simulator and Aviation Merit Badge 

Travel Information:

Arrive at the scouthouse at 6:30 am and we will be coming back around 7 pm

Cost:

 $76 per person for the merit badge, flight simulator, USS Midway tour, transportation and lunch included (provided by USS Midway). Minimum of 10 scouts necessary with a maximum of 30.

Bring $20 if you want to buy something at the gift shop

Deadline:

 Permission slips and checks by November 30, 2016

Drivers:

 About 2 additional drivers needed based on number of scouts attending.

Reminder:

 Get signed blue card prior to outing
