Scouts: I am beginning to transition my advancement chair responsibilities to Mrs. Yamada and Mrs. Kurino. I will not be disappearing for awhile, I will still be at the meetings, and we will continue to work together, but they will begin handling most of the day to day advancement chair responsibilities. Because we will now have two advancement chairs, we have been working on how to best coordinate the work. We have made significant software changes and some minor process changes.
You can continue to do most of your interactions with the advancement chairs at the meetings. However, when emailing the chairs, please send all emails to:
378advancementchair@gmail.com.
Either Mrs. Yamada or Mrs. Kurino will respond. Please do not send requests directly to Mrs. Yamada's or Mrs. Kurino's personal emails. We want to be sure that the work is balanced and whichever one is able to get to the request first will respond.
When you receive paperwork for rank advancement or any reports you have requested, you will notice that they are sent from either:

advancementchair1.troop378@troopmaster.email (Mrs. Yamada)
advancementchair2.troop378@troopmaster.email (Mrs. Kurino)
This unfortunately is unavoidable as each person has a unique email address to send reports from the Troopmaster software. These email addresses are for sending reports only. It is best if you send any questions to 378advancementchair@gmail.com. However, if you do reply to the troopmaster emails, your response will be forwarded to 378advancementchair@gmail.com and the advancement chairs will continue correspondence from that email address. We are going to try things out this way and see how it works. Please be patient as we try to work out the kinks. Thanks so much.
