Zoey Esperon was a female Ensign in Starfleet in 2399 as a Medic working the night shift, when the USS Kyushu-B was attacked without warning by a Borg vessel, the attack caught the crew off guard as it was believed that Janeway had wiped the Borg out.

Zoey Esperon was amongst the 20-30 crew to fall victim to the Borg boarding parties, before the USS Kyushu-B was able to escape. Zoey Esperon was soon fully assimilated and given the Borg Designation Two of Six.

Sometime in the year 2422 the Borg vessel Two of Six was assigned to was all but crippled by a bug infestation, which resulted in it crash landing on a planet, killing every drone aboard, except Two of Six.
