Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
1/8th of the recipe (4oz of pork only):
187 Calories, 29 g Protein, 4 g Fat, 1 g Saturated Fat,
7 g Carbs, and 391 g Sodium.
Ingredients:
1 pound cleaned skinless pork tenderloin
1/4 c low sodium low sugar rice vinegar
(or 1/4 c no sugar no sodium rice vinegar)
1/4 c low sodium teriyaki sauce/marinade
2 T light brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a large zip lock plastic bag.
Massage until all ingredients are mixed well.
Marinate in refrigerator for 4-24 hours.
Turn bag occasionally.
When ready to cook,
heat the grill, then grill pork on medium flame,
turning once, until internal temp is 160 degrees
