Ride them don't Hide them!

Its been interesting reviewing the last six months worth of blog posts and reassuring to see the troops getting out and about. We are certainly lucky to have such a wonderful 'backyard' of roads and destinations so close to us. Some of the highlights have been the wander up the now sealed Whanganui river road over Queens Birthday weekend. As a destination Bazzas shed raid ride is still being talked about with admiration and heading shaking. Our Matariki/Winter Solstice ride was also memorable for all sorts of reasons. The view now seems to be the most effective way to get cow pooh off your bike is to let it dry, then peel it off. Amongst all this were our usual Track and Saddle type runs where its good to report both roads are improving.
