Last Winter Ride

Its finally spring with a growing hint of summer in the air. Our last winter ride definitely had a hint of both about it with a posse of us completing the Apiti loop. It certainly got cooler as we headed towards the centre of the island but good to be on one of our favourite rides. Another activity from the past month was having the privilege of being asked to be a part of the funeral procession to help celebrate the life of one of our members sons. Richard Kerrs son Patrick passed away and he was just as much a petrol head as his father so it was great to be a part of the funeral procession along with some of the local Hot Rod lads.
