Clean up for space

it seems iTunes put downloaded art works (cover for iTunes university courses, etc.) here but doesn't properly clean them up, leaving things here. What if I remove them all?

/Podcasts

Things left here. I just remove them and see what happens

• reinstalled Podcasts after clean up the folder, works normally

/Downloads

Huge amounts of files and spaces here.... what happens if I delete them all?

• After emptied the folder and some operation, some files / folders appear again.... seems normal

/PhotoData/Thumbnails

What if I just clean it up?

• after shutdown, restart, open picture, thumbnails get back - but be patient, wait, first they appear as blank, then gradually back. OK!

/PhotoData/Metadata/DCIM /PhotoData/Mutations/DCIM /PhotoData/AlbumsMetadata (after deleting photos)

Cleaned each folder

Huge (1.3G).... cleared....looks ok
