The annual Intellectual Disabilities Fund Drive, or the Tootsie Roll Drive, is one of the most important activities our council does each year. Through our weekend road block fundraiser and our online portal we raise money for those with Intellectual Disabilities and affirm that life is a gift from God. 90% of the money raised through this drive supports programs in our local community such as Bethalto Public School Special Ed Programs, William BeDell ARC, and local Special Olympics. The remaining 10% of funds raised is used by the Illinois State Council KofC Charities Inc. to support Illinois Special Olympics at their summer and winter games. Please consider donating some time to help us collect for this worthy cause. Shifts are 2 hour blocks at local street corners in Bethalto. Sign up by clicking the icon on the left. Thanks for volunteering.

The Bethalto Knights of Columbus Council holds its meetings on the second Monday of every month at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church. We say the rosary beginning at 6:45 PM and the meeting starts immediately afterwards. There we discuss our business and enjoy the company of our brother Knights. If you are interested in serving your fellow man and joining the Knights of Columbus, we invite you to speak with one of our Knights or send us a message using the form on the Contact Us page and we will be glad to answer your questions about the K of C.
We invite you to browse our site and see the many activities the K of C are involved in - one of which just might be something you would enjoy helping with or learning more about.
Members of Alton, Bethalto, Edwardsville and Godfrey Councils gather around "Jake" - The mobile ultrasound van that the Knights of Columbus raised funds to provide. After fundraising for the purchase of the van was completed, the Supreme Council donated funds for an ultrasound machine to be placed permanently in the van.
