Boy Scout Food Drive

The Knights of Columbus and the Bethalto Jaycees are partnering with the Boy Scouts in their annual food drive for the needy. The event will consist of distributing empty food bags throughout the community on Saturday, November 12th. Then the filled bags will be picked up on the next Saturday, November 19th. All participants will meet at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Church east parking lot at about 8:30 a.m. on each day to make preparations that include the assigning of areas to be covered.

The Knights of Columbus and others from Our Lady Queen of Peace Church are partnering with Zion Lutheran Church, Lifebrook Church, Bethalto Jaycees, and area scouting boys and girls in their annual food drive for the needy. The event will consist of distributing empty food bags throughout the community on Saturday, November 14th. Then the filled bags will be picked up on the next Saturday, November 21st. Your help is needed. Social distancing guidelines and other health recommendations from the CDC and the Boy Scouts of America will be followed. Click here for additional details.
