The Bethalto Knights of Columbus was founded on November 2, 1958. Our council serves the Parish of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Bethalto, IL, which is a member of the Springfield Diocese. Our chapter has over 300 members and is active in serving the Bethalto community and surrounding area. Recent council activities include such events as the annual Tootsie-Roll drive, volunteering for the Special Olympics, and sponsoring many other local programs for both youth people and adults. We also support many other local and national charitable programs and organizations. Please use the links on the left to find out more about who we are and what we do.

The Bethalto Council recently received the prestigious 2016-2017 Columbian  Award for its accomplishments in providing meaningful programs in  the following areas: activities for church, community, council, family, youth, and culture of life.  Due to the ongoing  commitment of the council to  serve others, it has been given this  award on many occasions in the past.  Click here for more details.

The Bethalto Knights of Columbus Council holds its meetings on the second and fourth Monday of every month at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church.  We say the rosary beginning at 6:45 PM and the meeting starts immediately afterwards. There we discuss our business and enjoy the company of our brother Knights. If you are interested in serving your fellow man and joining the Knights of Columbus, we invite you to speak with one of our Knights or send us a message using the form on the Contact Us page and we will be glad to answer your questions about the K of C.

We invite you to browse our site and see the many activities the K of C are involved in - one of which just might be something you would enjoy helping with or learning more about.

Having sold its meeting hall, the Bethalto K of C Council no longer provides rental facilities to the public.  Click here for a list of area K of C councils that do.
