Spring Awakening
We invite you to our newest workshop Spring Awakening. Springtime is a natural opportunity for clearing and creating space for new growth. This day is intended as a spring cleaning for the soul. Our work together is designed not only to clear the clutter that gradually accumulates in our hearts and minds over time but also to allow the emergence of fresh, creative energy in our lives. We will gather to practice Movement, Meditation and Inquiry, to discover our commonality and shine in our uniqueness. Learn useful skills for navigating the complexities of both inner and outer life.
