Plaque in white marble with lead lettering, dedicated to Pte. Edward Welsh 18694, 2nd Bat, Yorks. Regt, who fell in action on July 8th, 1916, aged 36. Husband of Annie Welsh, of Breckon Hill. Plaque unveiled by Mr Austin Kirkup in October, 1922. This chapel was closed in April 1956.
