Please read this section thoroughly before you are going to make the tour with us

Application order

Tour participants must be 18 years old or older and should be an experienced experts on road bike tourism. Content of the order form is free. It can be your e-mail one for instance.

To make order for bike tour at least three monthes before the tour departure; if final ordering is not received when due, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Because of the popularity of our tours, it is important that you complete the order form as early as possible.

Complete the order form for each individual, please.

Confirmation information

Upon receipt of your order form you’ll be sent confirmation packet containing a tour confirmation and information on how you can make transportation to Uzhgorod in Ukraine.

Cancellations

If you must cancel your tour reservation, please notify us.

Travel insurance

We recommend that you consider purchasing insurance to cover some unforeseen cancellations or emergencies before tour.

Equipment, etc.

We supply: route maps and information.

You supply: bicycle, helmet, rack and panniers, or a trailer, if needed, group cooking equipment, sleeping bag and pad, cup/plate and utensils, personal tool kit, and all other personal items.

Day one: You’ll meet the first day of your tour at 8 p.m. for an orientation.
