Introduction
In our bustling ours, a very few have the time to care for themselves while fewer realize the importance of doing so. As a matter of fact, wellbeing on an individual level has been increasingly neglected over the years. Consequently, generations of the population are becoming progressively unhealthy. The need to acknowledge health has always been paramount and there really is no better time than now to do so. Yoga for wellbeing, is a project that I took up with the aim of making individuals aware of the transformative tool that is yoga.
