Introduction

Hello, my name is Lakshmi Chivukula, for my personal project I have chosen to express indian culture onto various forms of products such as mugs, blankets, towels, shirts, pants, etc. Throughout this project I was able to accept and understand just how creative and beautiful a design can be if portrayed and displayed properly. I choose to carry on with this as my project because it gave me the opportunity and satisfaction of seeing beautiful cultural designs onto daily products with a modern twist making it just right for a person to use and not too overbearing. I was able to develop an understanding of economics and marketing when it came to market prices and demand rates. In the end I have made a lot of products that are unique and those of which I think people will love and enjoy.
