Rewarding Contribution - Exceeding

For EFM Staff we can provide rewards through The Deal Process.

We will use the “Achieving Excellence” Value. 

Under the 'tell us in your own words' section you will start your nomination with 'The Sheffield Way'.  This is so that nominations are able to be tracked and included in annual reports for EFM staff (excluding Unicus). 

There is an example below. The character limit is 342 which will include The Sheffield Way.

For Unicus staff (contracted staff only) there is a separate process which is managed by nomination form that is sent to identified Managers on a monthly basis.  For staff who have demonstrated Exceeding you will now be able to nominate and identify The Sheffield Way within the Nomination form.  For more information contact Emma Ramshaw (emma.ramshaw@sheffield.ac.uk).

Whichever route you choose to make your nomination please ensure that the Sheffield Way is identified within your nomination.  This will help us to measure the impact of this programme.
