Welcome to the Sheffield Way New & Updates section where we will keep you updated as to future developments and progress.
We have created a Project Board and Sub Groups to work together across EFM to commence development of a Customer Focused development programme for all staff. This development programme will be delivered two modules at a time and will run over a 3 1/2 hour session.
We have recently carried out interviews from interested staff in becoming volunteer trainers and are currently undertaking training to assist them in this delivery role. A big thank you to all our trainers.
The EFM Executive will be undertaking the first two modules of the Sheffield Way Programme (9 October) and we will then roll out to Grade 6-8 managers/supervisors.
The Manager/Supervisor roll out will commence from 20 October 2025 and sessions are available now to book onto via myDevelopment.
We will also be presenting at the EFM Town Halls on Monday 13 October and Tuesday 21 October and providing drop in sessions (see left) for staff to ask any questions and to gain more information around what the impact of this development will be in your role working within EFM.
It is anticipated that development sessions will be delivered where possible within your normal working pattern and managers will enable you to attend. Staff sessions will commence in November and will shortly be communicated to provide you with information and enable you to book a session.
