The sessions are delivered in person to groups of up to 20 staff and are a mix of PowerPoint presentation, interactive discussion and small group / table activity. They typically last just over 3 hours long with a break in between.
We are happy to adjust sessions accordingly to try and meet any special needs to enable all staff to attend or participate.
If you require any reasonable adjustments to attend these sessions then please complete this TSW adjustments form
As presented at the EFM Town Hall in sessions in February 98% of staff have now completed The Sheffield Way modules 1 & 2 and we are aiming to get to 100% in the next few weeks. Thank you to everyone who has attended and engaged with the programme and we look forward to welcoming you onto modules 3 & 4.
For the remaining staff members who are yet to register, there is a module 1 & 2 mop up session scheduled on 13th April. Please register for this on myDevelopment or speak to your line manager.
The Sheffield Way is delivered by our very own in-house trainers. If you are interested in becoming a Sheffield Way Trainer then Andrea King and Yvette Cotton will be holding a Trainer drop in session on Tuesday 24th March 8.00 - 9.30a.m in room 509, Arts Tower.
This is an informal opportunity to find out more information on what’s involved, the support provided and expected commitment. You do not need to book to attend the drop-in session.
If you do have an interest in becoming a Sheffield Way trainer but are unable to attend the drop in session then please contact Andrea a.r.king@sheffield.ac.uk or Yvette y.cotton@sheffield.ac.uk directly
