Managers are expected to be Sheffield Way service champions with a commitment to supporting the Sheffield Way and leading by example.
At the end of Module 1 & 2 sessions, an additional 30 minute session was delivered to all managers with line manager responsibilities. This manager specific session focused on the WISE positive management style to motivate and encourage staff to engage with the programme. The manager training session can be accessed here.

All managers should be regularly asking themselves the following questions:
Am I talking about The Sheffield Way in 1:1 meetings / SRDS / PDRs?
Am I rewarding and thanking staff for demonstrating The Sheffield Way behaviours?
Am I a programme champion?
Am I demonstrating a WISE positive management style?
