Your Undergraduate Employability Journey continues here in Year Two. This year's focus is 'Reflect'—this covers reflecting on yourself and on the support that is on offer at the university. If you are starting your employability journey here, you might want to look through Year One and explore where you find support at the university.
Year Two is a great opportunity to develop your reflective skills. Using your experience of Year One, you can continue trying new things, getting involved and exploring the support available. If you are coming to this page and you are in Year Three, then view this Year Two page as Stage Two- you can use this page (and the Year One page) as a starting point or to help you fill in any gaps in your employability journey.
You can use this year to continue exploring yourself, the support you have, and your options for next year. This year's focus on ‘Reflect’ will help you think about these things and allow you to make the best choices for you.
To help you reflect, you have a checklist for each semester and a page dedicated to each key Reflection Point.
