Once you have completed your employability development experience, you can evaluate your reflective statements (the one you wrote before your experience and one you wrote during your experience); you can use this activity to explore how you have developed during your experience. Answer the reflective questions while you look back over both versions of your reflective statements.
Evaluating your reflective statements is an opportunity for you to reflect on exactly how your wants, needs, priorities, and expectations have matched or adapted during your experience. You can now think about what you have learnt from your experience and use the reflective models to help you make the most out of your experience as part of your employability journey. Answer the evaluative questions about each of your statements, follow one of the reflective models to explore your experience, and use the STAR technique to write about one of the experiences you had during your time.
