Your Undergraduate Employability Journey concludes here, in Year Three. This year's focus is 'Plan'—this covers understanding what your goals are when you graduate and thinking about how you can make a plan to make this happen.
Making a plan doesn't have to be detailed, long-term, or definite. You might use this page to explore your options and come up with lots of plans for your different paths. Your plans can be flexible and focus on the short-term if this is easier for you to imagine. Your end goal in your employability journey is to feel confident in what your future options are and how you could make these happen. Don't worry if you still aren't sure what you want to do by the end; give yourself the chance to explore, reflect, and develop first. You could always create a plan of how you will continue to work out what you want to do after you graduate!
If you are starting your employability journey here, you can use the Year One and Year Two pages as a starting point or to help you fill in any gaps in your employability journey.
To help you plan, you have a checklist for each semester and a page dedicated to each check-in point.
