This activity will help you understand your skills, how confident you feel using them, and which skills you would like to develop/learn. This self-awareness will help you identify your strengths, find examples of when you have used these skills, and recognise which skills you enjoy using the most. Feeling confident in identifying these things will help you clearly communicate your skills to a future employer, and help you find role that will suit your skillset.
This activity will allow you to evaluate which skills are your strengths and which need developing. You can use this evaluation to understand what kind of role in the future will suit you best and which skills you want to focus on developing during the rest of your employability journey. You can come back to this activity throughout your journey to see your development and how your strengths make you valuable to a future employer.
