The circuit shown in Fig 1 gives an alternative set up for the Astable 555 using two oscillating LED’s – see if you can build it!
You will notice from the breadboard photograph (Fig 2) that I have replaced the 1K (R4) resistor with a 220k preset potentiometer. You may wish to do this or you could try both ways and see the difference!
