The Course Selection Process will begin in the late winter/early spring. Students and parents will collaboratively register for courses by reviewing the course selection paperwork. You will also be asked to choose alternate elective classes in the event your first choice for an elective is filled.
As you consider what courses to select, you are reminded to review graduation requirements, your college and vocational plans as well as your personal needs as a student. Take into consideration your interests, abilities and personal learning style. Discuss your choices with your teachers, parents and your counselor before you finalize them. Students in grades 9-10 must be registered for a minimum of seven (7) classes per semester, 11th grade a minimum of six (6) and 12th grade a minimum of five (5). Students are strongly recommended to register for seven (7) credits. Refer to the graduation requirements to make sure that you enroll in the correct number of credits that correspond with the credits you need for graduation.
