Who Are We?

The Chieftain is a student run school newspaper of Sewanhaka High School. Our goal is to create a platform where students can positively express their interest in journalism and school-related news. Opinions in the paper do not necessarily reflect those of the faculty, staff, administration, or the community as a whole. We try our best to bring creative articles and spread the news of them in an unbiased way. Articles are lightly edited to maintain professionalism and bylines are dedicated to the individual(s) who submitted the printed article. 

Letters to the editor and guest articles from readers are welcome and encouraged. All letters can be typed, signed, and sent to sewanhakachieftain@gmail.com.
