✔️ Samples are collected on the 10th day of the learning period 

✔️ TK-8: Turn in 1 sample representing your best work from the subject requested 

✔️ HS: Turn in 1 sample representing your best work from each subject on your MA 

✔️ Samples must be original student work from a non-sectarian (non-religious) publisher 

✔️ Please make sure your samples are neat and easy to read 

✔️ Photo work samples must include a reflection of the learning in the student’s own words 

✔️ Student's first and last name & the full date must be written at the top of each sample 

✔️ Not required but helpful: the subject, grade level, and a parent grade written at the top 

✔️ Handwritten samples must have a handwritten name/date by the student if able
