Attendance

From the start of the 2026 academic school year all New Zealand Schools are required to have an attendance management plan in place that clearly outlines attendance processes and the actions that will be taken when certain thresholds of non-attendance are met.

Seddon School has developed their plan late in 2025 and checked to ensure it meets our obligations.  It is based on the Ministry of Education's Stepped Attendance Response plans which whanau can read by CLICK HERE.
