As our data shows through GMA & PowerBI, “The more students trained in evangelism & discipleship (win-build-send), the more CMDs rise up! “

For example, in one location, from 15 CMDs in 2018 to 43 CMDs in 2019. That is because they increased their training from 59 to 307. That’s 420% increase. So their CMDs increased by 187%. Of course, filtering takes place in the process.

How many do we train? Do our students wait for the staff to train them in small groups or ONCE-A-YEAR NLTC or LTI or even Student Conferences? Or Explo?

Thus, the need to make our TRAINING accessible online. And the need for our training to be self-led.

Now, will it work? Can our students train themselves? Why not? They say, true leaders are readers. True leaders are self-feeders. These are the kind of leaders we need nowadays. Leaders who can take the initiative to learn and explore to apply what they read into actual field application — whether face-to-face or online or even both.

During this pandemic, as we stay at home, pray for this crisis to end soon, it’s good to get the training too. Then we will come out of this crisis more prepared to help reach the world for Jesus who called us to love God and people and to help fulfill the Great Commission.
