Yes, we disinfect the external with all kinds. But what's worse than COVID19 -- or any other infectious disease -- is sin in our hearts.
Sin is the reason for death and all the chaos in the world since the fall of man.
We are all infected with sin. We can't really blame patient zero (Adam & Eve) because we also actively do wrong even though we know what's right. Sin does not only mean speaking, doing and thinking evil (like murder, immorality, disobedience, etc.), but it is also not doing the good that we should be doing.
Dis-ease is lack of ease, or no peace. We lack peace with God, peace with other people.
But there’s Good News! God has the antidote to sin.
Antidote #1: God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life. (John 3:16, John 10:10)
Antidote #2: Man is sinful and separated from God. He cannot know and experience God’s love and plan for his life. (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23)
Antidote #3: Jesus Christ is God’s only provision for man’s sin. Jesus bore the punishment that should have been for us. (Romans 5:8, John 14:6)
Antidote #4: We must individually receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; then we can know and experience His love and plan for us. (John 1:12, Ephesians 2: 8, 9)
God's antidote is free. If you can read this, you still have time to avail.
Do you want this sin-antidote? If this prayer expresses the desire of your heart, then you can pray this prayer right now, and Christ will come into your life, as He promised.
Let's pray.
“Lord Jesus, I need you. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive you as my Savior and Lord. Thank you for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be.”
If you prayed this, you may connect with us through WhatsApp +639178617010 anytime so we can walk this faith journey together. May God protect you and your family during these challenging times.

"Maybe this could inspire us at this time as this made me really proud of our staff and students. This morning we had a virtual meeting with some student leaders to design a digital plan. Our students came up with the idea of creating online communities with different focuses. We are calling them 'Quarantine Communities.'
We have 6 communities:
Reading the Bible
Cooking
Book club
Fitness
Film
Serve your elderly neighbor
How does a Quarantine Community work? A student manages each group and creates virtual activities every day. Regular zoom meetings are also being held for students to join and participate in. Through these efforts, our students still get to share their gifts and talents within these communities. And they continue to invite friends from their networks to join the different Quarantine Communities.
Another initiative they have come up with is the Weekly Virtual Dinners every Tuesday evening. They will use this platform to have fellowship together. This coming Tuesday, the theme they will be discussing on will be 'How to share your faith with 20 friends in 2020.'" --Maarten
