Step 1: Take a well- lit, sharply focused photographic close-up portrait.

Step 2: Import into After Effects and place it in a HDTV 1920 X 1080 10 second composition.

Step 3: Use the pen tool to draw a perfect mask around you. Be sure to connect the stating and ending points of the mask.

Step 4: Find a steady background video of something that inspires you and add it to a layer underneath your image.

Step 5: Change the Layer Style of your image on the top layer to "Stencil Luma."

Step 6: Adjust colors, brightness, and contrast on both layers to achieve desired aesthetic.
