Video three different percussive actions (pencil tapping, stapling, and snapping) and their accompanying audio. Download an audio file on Looperman.com of a beat with three distinctive sounds. Drum loops or synthetic drum loops work best. Look for a waveform that has distinct peaks and spaces between beats.
Import the files into Adobe Premiere and match the peaks of the waveforms from the video to the waveforms of the downloaded audio track. The editing is tedious, but the audio file is on a ten second loop, so you only have to edit 10 seconds, then copy and paste.
