Plan your shots. You will need to take at least 50 pictures of your subject in mid-air. Lock down your camera on a sturdy tripod. Set the camera to “Sports” mode and hold down the shutter release button to shoot in continuous mode. This will help you capture the perfect moment. You will need to discard the images you won’t be using.
You need to rename your files after you've deleted the images you don't want to keep. so you don't have gaps in your sequence.
Open File Explorer.
Browse to the folder that includes all the files you want to rename.
Select all the files.
Quick Tip: You can use the Ctrl + A keyboard shortcut to select all the files. You can press and hold the Ctrl key and then click the files you want to rename. Or you can select one file and press and hold the Shift key, and then click the last file to select a range of files.
Press the F2 key to rename it.
Type a new name for the file and press Enter.
1. Open After Effects
2. Import your images as a FILE SEQUENCE (File Import > File, then select the first image in the folder)
3. Right Click you image sequence in the Project Window and select "Interpret Footage," "Main," then set the frame rate to 10 fps.
4. Create a new HDTV 1080 29.97 sequence and name it YourLastname-Levitation.
5. Drag your Image Sequence into the new sequence.
6. Transform the scale to make it fit.
7. Add warp stabilization if needed.
8. Export and turn in.
