Shoot 10 seconds with the camera locked down on a tripod. You should be the subject of the video. Add the CC Kaeida effect in After Effects and keyframe one or more of the values. Export as a Quicktime Movie.
Film yourself walking from left to right. Make sure the camera is locked down on a tripod. You want to eliminate any camera movement. Add the CC Kaleida Effect and keyframe the "Center" vaule to keep yourself centered in the video.
